Single return, on the agreed day
On the day agreed upon during booking, our courier will come to your home to pick up the dress in the same garment bag. No travel, no waiting in line.

Deposit and Conditions
Transparent, with no unpleasant surprises
A 200 Euro security deposit is pre-authorized on your card at the time of booking. It is never charged if the dress is returned in good condition.
Deposit released within 48 hours of inspection upon receipt
Light stain treated at the dry cleaner: no retention
Damage observed: partial or total deduction depending on assessment
Any decision communicated by message with photos
Tear or loss of the part: full deposit retained
Frequently Asked Questions
What if the size doesn't fit when it's delivered?
We will contact you 48 hours beforehand to confirm your measurements. If in doubt, we offer an exchange or personalized advice.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before delivery are 100% refunded. Less than 72 hours in advance, the amount is retained as a credit valid for 6 months.
Is the dress cleaned between each rental?
Yes, without exception. Each piece is cleaned and inspected after every return. You always receive a pristine dress.
Can I extend my rental?
If the dress is not reserved, an extension is possible in 4-day increments. Contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled return date.
Do you deliver to Greater Crown?
Yes, we deliver to Grande Couronne (Versailles, Cergy, and outlying municipalities). A delivery surcharge applies and is automatically added at checkout.
